What is your return or exchange policy?

The return must be handled within the established period: Online purchase: you have 30 days from the shipment date of your order. Purchase at a store: you have 30 days from the purchase date. The items need to be in their original condition and with all their labels. You must make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase. ETAL & CO. will accept exchanges or returns of eligible merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, in its original packaging and undamaged box, with original tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for personalized products, made to measure or made to order products, or fragrance and beauty products. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment. Outlet locations will only accept exchanges.

How long does it take to deliver the products?

The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and availability of items. At the time of processing your order, we will show you the shipping methods available, the charges and the estimated delivery date. Please remember that deliveries are only made on business days. Remember that the delivery address of your order has to be in the same market/region where you made the purchase.

How to reach the team in case of delay of order?

Merchandise returned by mail to the store will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express will be reimbursed to the original card used.
